What to tell us
If something is broken, these four lines save a round trip:
- what you tapped, and what happened instead
- whether it happens every time
- the phone or tablet, and which version of iOS it runs
- the app version, from the bottom of Settings
The questions we get most
I have forgotten the parent PIN
Ask the phone instead: leaving Kid Mode offers Face ID or Touch ID as well as the PIN, and unlocking that way lets you set a new one in Settings → Security. The PIN is shown in the clear there, so a parent who is already past the lock never has to guess at it. We cannot read or reset it for you — it never leaves your devices.
My other phone or tablet is not showing the same points
Atta Kid keeps a family's data in your iCloud, not on our servers. Both devices need to be signed in to the same Apple Account with iCloud Drive on. Changes can take a minute to travel, and a device with no network keeps working and catches up when it is back.
How do I hand the phone to my kid?
Settings → Kid Mode. The kid's side has no way back out without the PIN, so you can leave them with it. On an iPad you can leave it in Kid Mode for good.
Can I remove a kid, or start over?
Settings → My Kids → Edit removes a kid, their tasks and their points, after the PIN. Removing the app removes everything on that device; to clear what is in iCloud as well, sign out of Atta Kid before you delete it, or delete the Atta Kid data from Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Storage.
What does ATTA AI see?
On phones that can run Apple's own on-device model, nothing leaves the phone. When it cannot answer and the question goes to our helper service instead, it carries the message you typed and the kid's age — never their name, their photo, or anything from their wallet. See the Privacy Policy.

Super is bought from Apple, not from us, so refunds and cancellations go through Apple Support — but write to us anyway if something looks wrong and we will help you sort it out.
